This 10,000 square foot tenant improvement project consisted of the following: demolition, new break room cabinets, insulation of new partition walls and main demising wall, new AC and exhaust fans, new doors and hardware, new carpet and rubber base, grind and seal concrete floors, new tile in restrooms, new acoustical ceiling grids, new paint, new restroom partitions, fire sprinkler modifications, restroom plumbing, 3 new 5 ton AC units with new ductwork, and extensive modifications to electrical.
