Flex industrial building T.I. for office and warehouse. New Grey shell buildout of office, mezzanine, and warehouse for fabrication of metal gates. This client had very minimal funds, and wanted to do this project as cost effective as was possible. Emerald Inc. worked with the owners and architect to be sure they got the function they had to have, while still getting a pleasing office space.
