Emerald Inc. is progressing through MEP rough-in on a dental office expansion in Scottsdale, AZ. Drywall is up, medical gas lines and HVAC are coordinated in the open ceiling, and rough-in inspections are next. See the latest from the job site.

Progress update from our Factory Motor Parts warehouse TI in Phoenix — custom millwork, ADA restrooms, and warehouse electrical nearing completion as finish-out wraps up.

Paving and site work is underway at the UTV Stereo Expansion in Mesa. The crew is laying fresh asphalt across the parking lot while new concrete curbing is set at the building perimeter, landscaped islands, and ADA-compliant entrance ramps.

Emerald Inc. recently completed a tenant improvement for EDCO at 2120 W. Guadalupe Road, Suite 1 in Gilbert, Arizona. The project converted existing industrial flex space into a fully built-out corporate office, including private office suites with black aluminum storefront glass systems, two conference rooms, a break room with a marble waterfall island and custom millwork cabinetry, and new ADA restrooms with large-format stone tile and illuminated mirrors. Textured wallcovering and wood slat accent walls carry through the space, giving EDCO a workspace that reflects both their history and where they are headed.

The UTV Stereo expansion in Mesa is moving fast. The CMU block walls on the new 10,000 square foot addition are complete, with window and door openings framed and ready for the next phase. Outside, fresh concrete flatwork has been poured along the building perimeter and curb and gutter work is actively underway — the site is taking shape from the ground up.

Painting is underway at our Factory Motor Parts tenant improvement in Phoenix. The team is finishing new interior partition walls this week, with protection in place to keep the active warehouse operational throughout construction.
