Vance has been so kind and patient.  He takes the time to explain something I may not understand right away, as I’m not a very construction savvy.  I feel comfortable knowing he’s on my projects and that the work will get completed in a timely and professional manner.

We had a great experience, overall, with Emerald.  Yes, there were a number of hiccups, which happens in every business.  However, Quinten was great about looking for solutions and accepting accountability, even when problems weren’t directly his fault.  Quinten was always great about answering his phone and being responsive. 

Max and Ron were amazing and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and handy.  Vance is very approachable and easy to work with, and helps bring levity to the team, which helps counterbalance Quinten’s serious demeanor. 🙂

I have loved working with Quinten Merrill, and Emerald Construction. During the past 14 years he has built out over 30 offices for our company, Urgent Care Extra. We are very demanding. Often we have tight timelines, and equally tight budgets. Timing the opening of our offices is critical to their success. He has worked with the various local governments to get us the needed permits in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, San Tan, Tucson, Phoenix, and Tempe. He has turned both vanilla, and grey shells into efficient and beautiful offices. I love working with Quinten and his strong team. He is honest, effective, hard working, and talented. Personal recommendations are always easy to give when dealing with real professionals.
