Ruby Bloom Boutique Office & Warehouse (Queen Creek)

This build’s scope of work included remodeling 4,000 square feet total, approximately 1,368 being office space with a restroom and a warehouse restroom. We completed new plumbing for restrooms and breakroom, new upper and lower cabinets with a sink in the breakroom, a new 100 linear foot demising wall in the warehouse, warehouse insulation, interior partition walls for offices and conference room, new doors with sidelights, 1,500 square feet of luxury vinyl tile and rubber base, new acoustical ceilings, new paint, new 5-ton AC unit, re-working of fire sprinklers, and all electrical.
