Project Description

This is a beautifully designed TI. The initial design ended up being significantly over the proposed budget. Emerald was involved early in the project and was able to point out the costs for different parts of the design and offer some options to attain the same effect at less cost or allow the feature to be added the in future. This allowed Tobler to weigh their options and reduce the cost while still achieving their goal of a remarkable working space.
