My first experience with Emerald convinced me I had found my construction partner. I have now built multiple projects with Emerald and have been delighted with all of them. One of my projects involved both class A office and warehouse space. We were able to work together to increase the size of our warehouse space by creating a mezzanine for storage on a second level. Their understanding of the cost and innovative ideas on how to achieve what we want and keep it in the price we want was very helpful. My advice to anyone wanting to build is to get Emerald involved early in the process, you will get more for your money, and will end up with a building partner you can trust.
