2023 Year End Review
Emerald Inc. had another great year in 2023, continuing to serve Arizona businesses as a go-to general contractor for remodels, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. In fact, Emerald Inc. has now been in business for over 26 years! We are grateful for all the support we have been shown over the years, especially from our families, friends, employees, colleagues, and subcontractors– you are a huge part of our success. It’s been a pleasure to continue to help Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup expand, with their new location opened this year being the third time we have built a Gadzooks. With Locations in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert, we can’t wait to see where they open their next restaurant (we’d love for it to be in Mesa or Queen Creek!).
Dr. Larson had been practicing orthodontics in the Pacific Northwest for eleven years when he relocated to Arizona. He decided to open an office in Gilbert and called on Emerald Inc. to do the build out, which turned out absolutely beautiful thanks to the awesome work of our team and subcontractors. It was great working with Dr. Ethan Larson on the build out of his new orthodontic office in Gilbert Arizona.
We knew it would be difficult to fill Janel’s shoes when she resigned as office manager this year, but we were extremely lucky that Michelle applied for the position– she has stepped into the challenging role and exceeded all of our expectations!
You will be hearing a lot about this new project in 2024. We can’t reveal too many details about it right now, but let’s just say that it will be a very welcome addition to the downtown Mesa food scene.
Another example of how Emerald Inc. strives to build lasting relationships with repeat clients– we love working with Banner Health, whether it be on construction of their urgent cares, hospitals, or corporate offices. For this project we helped convert some hospital space into a brand new café that will be a great new spot for staff and visitors to take a break and grab a treat.
Conclusion
We couldn’t have successfully pulled off these projects in 2023 without our amazing team members, subcontractors, families, and colleagues. We are already looking forward 2024 and new opportunities to serve Arizona businesses with their commercial construction needs.
