What we bring to office construction

Office TI scope is deceptively complex to coordinate. Demising wall configurations, glass partition systems, conference room acoustics, low-voltage and IT rough-in, HVAC zoning for variable occupancy densities, and finish schedules that have to hit a hard move-in date all have to run in parallel. We self-perform demolition, framing, and accessory installation, and we manage the full trade package through a consistent group of subs who have built office environments before.

We manage every project from permit through punch list — one point of contact, proactive updates at every phase, and a PM who is on site and reachable. For business owners managing a build-out while running their company, that single point of contact matters. For property managers running multiple suites, it means predictable execution across every project.

We also pay our subcontractors on time, typically within 15 to 30 days. That is not standard in this industry, and it affects which subs show up when they’re scheduled and put your job first.
