What we bring to retail construction
Retail TI scope varies more than most categories. One project is a straightforward open-floor buildout with basic MEP; the next has custom millwork, specialized lighting, a full plumbing rough-in, and franchise-specific finish requirements. We self-perform demolition, framing, and accessory installation, and we coordinate the full trade package — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, and storefront work — through a consistent group of subs who have done retail buildouts before.
We manage every project from permit through punch list — one point of contact, clear updates at every phase, and a PM who is on site and reachable. For first-time business owners building their first location, that guidance matters. For multi-unit operators and franchise developers, it means the process is repeatable.
We also pay our subcontractors on time, typically within 15 to 30 days. That keeps our subs engaged, prioritized, and on schedule — which directly affects whether your doors open when they’re supposed to.
