2024 Year End Review
Emerald Inc. had another great year in 2024, continuing to serve Arizona businesses as a go-to general contractor for remodels, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. In fact, Emerald Inc. has now been in business for over 27 years! We are grateful for all the support we have been shown over the years, especially from our families, friends, employees, colleagues, and subcontractors– you are a huge part of our success. 1st Project Completed in 2024
Little Flippers Swim (Queen Creek)
When Little Flippers Swim decided to add a new location in Queen Creek this year they chose Emerald Inc. to do the buildout. They had chosen a prime 2600 square foot location in Queen Creek Marketplace. We helped them bring their vision to life by completing the build-out of their beautiful retail space that includes a viewing area of the pool, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, reception, a shop, and offices . It was a wonderful experience working with Little Flippers Swim on this project.
New Team Members
2024 was the optimal year for Emerald Inc. to hire a COO in order to have someone direct the implementation of some big operating process improvements. In the short time that Alec has been with the company he has made a huge positive impact.
We were also fortunate to find Ken, who we hired as our new estimator because we knew he would be a great fit and asset to the team. He has definitely proven that it was the right choice!

Last New Project Started in 2024
Wren House Brewing (Paradise Valley)
Wren House Brewing is just one of the many examples of repeat clients that come back to Emerald Inc. when they decide to expand with the addition of a new location. House Of Form came up with the beautiful interior design below, and we are already in the process of turning this vision into a reality. This is our second project for Wren House, as we built out Wren Südhalle in Ahwatukee for them in 2023. Stay tuned for updates, this new Wren House Brewing location will open in 2025!
Last Restaurant Project Completed in 2024
Dayung’s Tea (Deer Valley)
This last project is a good example of how fast Emerald Inc. can turn around a project, even when required to make last minute changes by a municipality. For this project we helped convert a prior juice bar into a new Dayung’s Tea shop in around 60 days. We had all the details dialed in, and even after we were unexpectedly required to add an additional hand sink to the space we still pulled off project completion before the date the owner wanted to open. This was our second Dayung’s Tea buildout (the first was in Chandler), and we look forward to working with more clients on their tea shop build outs.
Last Medical Project Completed in 2024
Honoré Skin Clinic (Gilbert)
We snuck in the construction of Gilbert’s newest aesthetic med spa, Honoré Skin Clinic at the very end of the year. (located at Val Vista & the 202).
Here are some of the services Honoré will offer: Hydrofacials, peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, PRP, lasers & IPL, full facial balancing & injectables, and medical weight loss.
