Emerald Inc. was recommended to us to build out our real estate office and executive suites in Gilbert. When we contacted Emerald, we spoke with Quinten who was knowledgeable and giving of his time to meet with us. The bid process was quick and efficient and they even helped us mitigate our costs while achieving the same look!
The follow-up by Vance prior to starting construction was phenomenal and the communication during construction was great. There were a couple of missed details, to be expected with all the moving parts, but they were handled to satisfaction immediately. One thing that really stood out to me is that each of the trades that completed work in our space were friendly and accommodating. The trades respected Emerald and appeared to be happy working for them, which showed in their craftsmanship.
We are so happy with the outcome and know that we’ll have a quality office space for years to come. The referral was spot on and we’ll gladly refer them to anyone looking for an office buildout!
