Meet The Team: Michelle Burroughs– Office Manager & Accounting
We’d like to kick off our new team member spotlight series by sharing a mini interview with Michelle Burroughs, our office manager and accounting guru. Michelle started with Emerald Inc. in June 2023, and she has been an amazing addition to the team. We came up with some questions that should allow you to get to know Michelle and to see what an awesome person she is.
What is something you accomplished recently that you’re really proud of?
In 2023, my husband and I rescued a very beat up stray cat and have watched him flourish with us. Red is now a happy, healthy, lazy cat without a care in the world!
What is one thing you want to cross off your bucket list in 2024?
Attending the Madonna Celebration Tour concert is definitely on my bucket list!
What do you enjoy about working at Emerald Inc.?
Our teamwork, we are an awesome team!
Something you will never attempt again?
Driving across country with no humans, only cats! NEVER AGAIN!
What are you currently reading?
Another who-done-it mystery, this one is The Retreat, by Sarah Pearse.
Your favorite food?
Ice cream!

I can tell you the name of most any actor and what they have been in on sight or with very little information.
Your biggest piece of advice?
