Ahern Rentals (Phoenix)

This project is an interior tenant improvement of warehouse, and two stories of offices.  The scope included demolition, new stairway handrails, new cabinets and countertops, new doors and windows, framing and drywall, new epoxy floors, new VCT floors with rubber base, new diamond plate wainscoting, new restroom fixtures, and upgraded plumbing.
