Project Description

This project was a ground up addition to a currently operating facility. It included a restaurant, pro-shop, commercial kitchen, dining room and patio. Special care was needed as the facility continued to remain open during construction. In addition, several change requests were requested as the build progressed and Emerald worked to provide the best solutions possible.
