What we bring to medical and dental construction
Medical TI projects require tighter sub coordination than standard office work. More plumbing rough-in, medical gas coordination, specialized electrical loads, and cabinetry built to clinical standards. We self-perform demolition, framing, and accessory installation, and we work with a consistent group of subs who have done this work before.
We manage every project from permit through punch list. That means one point of contact, proactive communication at each phase, and a PM who is on site and reachable. For practice owners managing a build-out for the first time, that continuity matters.
We also pay our subcontractors on time —typically within 15 to 30 days. That’s not industry standard, and it directly affects which subs prioritize your job.
