When Scottsdale Family Dental was ready to grow, the practice had outgrown its existing suite and needed to expand into the space next door. We took the
buildout through the demising wall and added three new operatories, each roughed in for dental vacuum and compressed air and finished with custom headwall and side cabinetry ready for the chairs. A dedicated sterilization and instrument room anchors the clinical side, while the front of house got a refreshed reception and checkout wrapped in custom wood slat millwork, a redesigned waiting area, and a new ADA restroom finished in large-format linen-look tile. To make the addition read as one continuous office rather than an add-on, we carried new wood-look plank flooring and fresh paint through the existing suite so the old and new space match seamlessly. Dr. Patel and the team trusted Emerald to run the full expansion from permit through punch list, and every deadline was met ahead of schedule.
