Edco Corporate Office Tenant Improvement (Gilbert, AZ)

When Edco came to us, the space was raw industrial flex: open volume, exposed structure, and none of the polish a growing company wants in front of its team and clients. We rebuilt it from the inside out into a finished corporate office in Gilbert, framing private office suites behind black aluminum storefront glass, adding two conference rooms, and warming the space with textured wallcovering and wood slat accent walls. The break room became a centerpiece, anchored by a marble waterfall island and custom millwork, with new ADA restrooms finished in large-format stone tile.
