We’re glad to share that our tenant improvement remodel for Scottsdale Family Dental is complete. The project sits at 13910 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in
Scottsdale, and the finished space gives the practice a warmer, more modern feel from the moment patients walk in.
The character of the design comes through in the details. Wood slat feature walls anchor the reception and waiting area, wrapping the new front desk and
giving the entry a clean, current look. Wood-look luxury vinyl plank runs throughout for a finish that holds up to daily clinical traffic and stays easy to maintain. In the restrooms, we installed large-format tile and ADA-compliant fixtures. Toward the back of house, the operatories were refreshed with new cabinetry and updated finishes, and the imaging and sterilization areas were brought in line with how a modern practice actually runs.
Remodeling a working dental office is its own kind of challenge. The build has to be phased and sequenced carefully. Emerald managed this one from permit through punch list, self-performing demolition, framing, door and accessory installation, and final cleaning, and coordinating the trades that carried the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work.
