Millwork is going in at Emerald’s medical tenant improvement for American Vision Partners at 15150 W Park Place in Goodyear, AZ. The curved reception desk is set beneath its matching curved soffit, with a laminate-faced base, drawer cabinets with bar pulls, and white countertops, and the new luxury vinyl plank flooring is already down around it. This 9,685 SF ophthalmology clinic includes 20 exam lanes, and the reception desk is the first thing patients will see when they walk in. Finish work continues toward completion, and we will share construction completion photos soon.
