Here’s a progress update from the West Valley. Framing is up and the overhead rough-in is underway on a medical office relocation we’re building at 15150 W
Park Place in Goodyear. The space is moving from open shell to a defined floor plan, and this is the phase where a healthcare project really comes together.

The photos show the metal stud framing standing throughout, with exam rooms, corridors, and support spaces now taking their shape. Overhead, the mechanical rough-in is threading through the structure, with spiral and flexible ductwork running to serve the new layout. This is the coordination-heavy stage of any medical build-out, where framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing all have to be sequenced together and located precisely against the exam room plan.

Medical and eye-care fit-outs carry more layered requirements than a standard office, from exam room configurations and specialized equipment power to the
air handling and infection-control considerations that come with a clinical environment. We’re managing this one from permit through punch list, self-performing framing and door and accessory installation while coordinating the trades across the full scope.

With framing and rough-in progressing, the next milestones are inspections, insulation and drywall, and the start of finishes. We’ll share more as the clinic takes shape.
