Work is well underway on the exterior renovation of the Let’s Play Music building at 2601 E Brown Road in Mesa. This exterior phase builds on earlier work we completed on the same property, and it pulls together roofing, masonry, framing, glazing, stucco, paint, electrical, and landscape under a single self-managed schedule. With scaffolding still up and materials staged on site, the transformation is taking shape, and we will share the finished exterior as the project wraps.
