Emerald Inc. has completed construction on an industrial warehouse tenant improvement in Chandler, finishing with a site landscape refresh. The work included cutting two new 16-by-16-foot openings in the tilt-up walls for new roll-up doors, with structural steel jambs, concrete aprons and door infill, plus two new steel canopies with fire sprinkler modifications, four new bollards, and a new 10-by-10-foot pass-through opening between two warehouse spaces. The new doors, canopies and bollards were painted to finish the exterior, and the site landscaping was refreshed with box trees plus shrubs and accent plants, with the irrigation adjusted for each planting.
