Emerald Inc. recently completed a tenant improvement for EDCO at 2120 W. Guadalupe Road, Suite 1 in Gilbert, Arizona. The project converted existing industrial flex space into a fully built-out corporate office, including private office suites with black aluminum storefront glass systems, two conference rooms, a break room with a marble waterfall island and custom millwork cabinetry, and new ADA restrooms with large-format stone tile and illuminated mirrors. Textured wallcovering and wood slat accent walls carry through the space, giving EDCO a workspace that reflects both their history and where they are headed.
