Millwork installation is well underway at our Factory Motor Parts tenant improvement in Phoenix, as this warehouse flex space moves into its final finish-out phase. BCW Inc. is on-site setting a full suite of custom cabinetry throughout the office wing — upper wall cabinets, built-in base cabinets, and a run of workstation countertops anchored by an interior window that looks directly onto the warehouse floor. The ADA-compliant restrooms are finished with dark slate-look tile and full accessibility hardware, the warehouse side has its electrical panel, disconnect switches, and EMT service runs in place, and the plumbed break room ice and water station is operational. With millwork nearly set and the punch list building, this project is on schedule for a clean closeout.
